This depends on your insurance company.  Most insurance plans do pay a percentage back to you for therapeutic services. Please check with your insurance company and inquire the following questions:

• Do I have out of network benefits for outpatient therapy/ mental health services?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

If your insurance company provides out-of network  benefits I am able to provide you with a document which you in turn submit to your insurance company.

The standard rate is $120/hr for an individual therapy session.

If you are using insurance, each plan is different and it is the patient's responsibility to be aware of your individual benefits. Questions to ask your insurance company may include:

• Do I have a copay? If so, how much per therapy session?
• Do I have a deductible to meet? If so, is there an amount I must meet before coverage kicks in?
• Outpatient Mental Health is the service to inquire about; specifically CPT codes 90791 and 90837.

A typical therapy session lasts 45-55 minutes. 

Children may not require a full session, depending on their development and individual treatment needs.

It is common to not understand how therapy can help infants and  young children. I am here to let you know that it is very much possible, with your help. When a child is  3 or under all sessions will be conducted with the caregiver and the child. This is done to provide the parent with support and is facilitated with the intervention Child Parent Psychotherapy.  Click the link below for more information.
